Key Facts:

  • SBC Summit Americas to be held in Fort Lauderdale at Broward County Convention Center, May 13-15, 2025
  • Conference schedule will lean heavily into Pan American topics for an expected 10,000 attendees
  • SBC Summit Americas is designed for professionals in the casino and sports betting industry

SBC Summit Americas will keep it local in 2025. The popular casino and sports betting conference will focus its schedule on topics related to North, South, and Central America, organizers say.

Backyard issues and politics, including legislative challenges for the gaming industry, will be on the agenda for the attendees at the event, which will take place in Florida for the first time. SBC will offer something for everyone in this hemisphere, says its founder.

“We’ve built an agenda that delivers value to every attendee—whether they’re part of a payments team at a Peruvian operator or a responsible gambling team in Kentucky. That’s what makes this event truly stand out”, said SBC Chief Executive Officer and founder Rasmus Sojmark.

The SBC Summit Americas 2025 is poised to be a landmark gaming and betting industry event scheduled from May 13-15 at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

This premier gathering is expected to attract over 10,000 industry professionals, including 4,000 operators and 1,000 affiliates, alongside 400 exhibitors and sponsors.

“SBC Summit Americas was designed to unite the entire Americas region so they could learn from one another. Striking the right balance [and] ensuring equal emphasis on both North and South America while covering broader industry trends was a key challenge, but one we knew we had to get right”, said Sojmark.

The summit represents a strategic consolidation of SBC’s previous regional events—SBC Summit North America and SBC Summit Latinoamérica—into a unified platform that addresses the entire Americas region. Attendees will be offered an opportunity to follow a “North American track” of sessions with speakers and presentations tailored for their needs.

Latin American issues will be covered in a Latin American conference track, available across the three days of the conference in sunny Florida. The conference will delve into critical topics shaping the future of the industry, including sports betting, casino operations, payment solutions, affiliation strategies, and player protection measures.

Topics for Discussion

Dedicated zones such as the Casino & Sports Betting area, Payment Expert Summit, and Affiliate Leaders Summit will facilitate focused discussions on these subjects.

A significant emphasis will be placed on responsible gambling, with the Player Protection Symposium offering in-depth strategies to tackle problem gambling and implement safer gambling initiatives.

“Unlike the region-specific tracks focused on either LATAM or the US, the Affiliate Leaders Summit and Payment Expert Summit offer a unique mix of perspectives, reflected in both topics and speakers”, Sojmark said.

It’s also expected that SBC 2025 will address unique topics that pertain to the indigenous community in North America. On the second day of SBC Summit Americas, tribal gaming panels will be held.

The 2025 SBC Summit Americas aims to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange across diverse markets by bringing together stakeholders from North, Central, and South America.

The event will address region-specific challenges and opportunities, providing attendees with actionable insights to navigate the evolving regulatory landscapes and cultural nuances of these markets.

This comprehensive approach ensures that participants are well-equipped to drive innovation and growth in the dynamic gaming and betting industry across the Americas.
