Kentucky Lottery Teams Up With IGT and Aristocrat for New Games
IGT and Aristocrat partner up to provide Kentucky with innovative eInstant Lottery Games.

New eInstant Games Coming to Kentucky Lotto Players
IGT has been providing Kentucky with new and innovative Lottery solutions since 2016. It has agreements to ensure that it will continue to be Kentucky’s partner in transformative Lottery experiences through 2036.
Late last year, they upgraded the state Lotto systems to its new Aurora Lotto platform, which also required sending out new Point of Sale to more than 3400 Kentucky Lotto retail partners during this upgrade, as well as setting up 850 of their Game Touch 28 Lottery Vending machines.
They have partnered with Aristocrat Gaming to make its award-winning NeoGames products available to Blue Grass Lotto players. NeoGames is an in-house Lottery studio operated by Aristocrat to offer eInstant lotto products. The parent company acquired NeoGames in April 2024 for $1.5 billion in cash.
Their iLottery platform will allow Aristocrat to partner with not only IGT but also other companies that have won state lottery contracts and are now looking to enter the lucrative eInstant space. This opportunity will also be present in many international markets.
Since NeoGames can provide immediate access to in-house game studios, proprietary iLottery technology, and tons of value-added services upon completion of the agreements, this week’s announcement between IGT and Aristocrat in Kentucky granting IGT five years’ worth of access to the NeGames platform is likely to be far from the last one.
What Does It All Mean for Kentucky Lottery Players
The NeoGames eInstant Games Libraray is varied and quite impressive. This new deal will mean that the bulk of NeoGame’s exciting new games will soon be available on the Kentucky Lottery Instant Play page.

It also means that the Kentucky Lottery can continue funding its goal of “Fueling Imagination, Funding Education.” Since 1999, the Lottery Commission has raised more than $5 billion for college scholarships and grants to help fund higher education for all Kentuckians.
Partnerships with IGT to build a better, more resilient Lotto infrastructure or with Aristocrat and IGT to help bring new eInstant games to the State all help with that mission.
