Play’n GO Continues American Expansion in 2024

Hard Rock Digital, the online subsidiary of Hard Rock Gaming, announced that they have partnered with Play’n GO in New Jersey. While the platform only offers its mobile betting app in New Jersey, it would be surprising if it didn’t soon bring the popular Hard Rock Bets to states like Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

While Hard Rock Bets New Jersey already has one of the largest slot and table games libraries of any online casino, with more than two thousand games, the addition of Play’n GO will give them access to hot new titles like all of their Book of Dead franchise, Baron: Lord of Saturday, and Rise of Olympus.

We’re excited to expand our US portfolio with a new operator partnership, and teaming up with a renowned brand like Hard Rock Digital is a significant achievement for us. Play’n GO remains committed to being active in every regulated market globally and to ongoing growth in the US Partnerships like this one with Hard Rock Digital are crucial to our long-term success in the region.”Magnus Olsson, COO at Play’n GO, Play’n GO Press Release

Play’n GO had already announced a deal in early October with DraftKings and their new offshoot, Golden Nugget Online, to provide games in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. That brings the total number of states they operate to five, as they were already providing DraftKings games in New Jersey, Connecticut, and Michigan.

Earlier this year, Play’n GO strengthened its BetMGM partnership by expanding into Pennsylvania, adding to its existing presence with BetMGM in New Jersey, West Virginia, and Michigan.

Despite limited iGaming growth in 2024, Play’n GO’s US success is a testament to its adaptability and vision. With only Rhode Island joining the ranks of legal online casino states this year, Play’n GO’s achievements underscore its growth potential even in a slowing market.
