Scott and Warner Are Jungle Favorites With a Week to Go
I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here has entered its third and final week. With Olivia Atwood forced to withdraw through a medical condition on day two, it was the ITV news and Loose Women anchor Charlene White that was the first celebrity eliminated from the show.
On Sunday, A Place in the Sun presenter Scarlette Douglas became the second contestant voted out of the jungle. Both were odds-on favorites to go at the time of their departure. Eliminations will now continue each night with viewers voting to save their favorite celebrities. Those with the fewest votes will be sent packing.
Naivety Makes Gullible Owen a Fan Favorite
The nine remaining celebrities left on the show are English World Cup-winning rugby player Mike Tindall; Coronation Street star Sue Cleaver, Hollyoaks actor Owen Warner; former England footballer Jill Scott; comic Babatúndé Aléshé; controversial MP Matt Hancock; Culture Club singer Boy George; comedian Seann Walsh and radio broadcaster Chris Moyles.
England Lioness Jill Scott had been the bookies frontrunner since the first episode aired. But Owen Warner is now rated as the most likely winner by punters. 20/1 on the eve of the first episode, the 23-year-old hunk has seen his odds slashed from 4/1 to 5/4 during the past 72 hours.

Described as lovable, naive, and gullible by family members and endeared by fellow campers and viewers, Warner has won 28 of a possible 35 stars in bushtucker trials. However, supporters will be alarmed to learn that no actor from Hollyoaks has ever won I’m a Celebrity.
Jamie Lomas – who plays the character Warren Fox in the Channel 4 show – did finish runner-up in 2017s edition of I’m a Celebrity, but four other contenders failed to make an impression.
Jill Has the Stomach for It
Jill Scott may have lost her mantle as outright the favorite, but even the best sports betting sites rate her chances at no bigger than 2/1. Heading into Sunday night’s episode, the 35-year-old midfielder had collected 15 out of 16 possible bushtucker stars. It represented a 94 percent ratio, the highest of all contestants.

In one trial, Scott had a cockroach stuck in her ear. And her latest bushtucker escapade – titled ‘speak uneasy’ – saw her drinking a cocktail of blended fisheyes. Nevertheless, she claimed another ten stars in the challenge alongside Mike Tindall.
Some Healthy Support for Hancock
Beyond the top two in the betting, Matt Hancock has been a surprise package. Elected to take part in six consecutive bushtucker trials during the first eight days in camp, the former Health Secretary has since found acceptance amongst the voting public.
Hancock is 11/1 in the latest betting provided by the leading novelty and sports betting sites. He is closely followed by Mike Tindall (12/1) and Seann Walsh (16/1). The prospects of Boy George, Babatúndé Aléshé, Chris Moyles or Scarlette Douglas winning the show are more remote. Individually, 80/1 or greater is available for all four.
The 2022 I’m a Celebrity final will take place on Sunday, 27 November. On the same evening, Spain and Germany will clash in the World Cup.
