Hallie Has Plenty Going For Her in Big Brother 2023
After a hiatus of almost five years, Big Brother is back on UK television screens. The 2023 series will be the 20th edition of the show. First broadcast on Channel 4 in 2000, it switched to Channel 5 in 2011 and has been off the air since November 2018. Big Brother will now be aired on ITV2 and ITVX six nights a week.
The new series will run for 42 days – the shortest series in the show’s history – and will be broadcast in 36 episodes. In previous years, Big Brother ran for over 100 days, and only once before has any series been shorter than 50 episodes.

The timeframe suggests ITV does not want this reality TV series to clash with its primetime smash hit “I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.” The reality survival show, which attracts an average audience of over 10 million, traditionally begins during the third week of November.
Frankie to Prepare for Final Rides in Celeb Jungle?
Newspaper reports have suggested ITV is keen to persuade Frankie Dettori to participate in the 2023 show filmed on Australia’s east coast. The retiring jockey will be in Australia for the Melbourne Cup meeting at the start of November. He has also pledged to ride in the Hong Kong International meeting on December 10.
It would appear there is a potential ‘window’ for the Italian to take part in “I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here 2023”. Two or three weeks of eating kangaroo testicles and poached crocodile eggs while sleeping rough could not be described as the ideal preparation for his final curtain call.
Dettori does have previous experience in the game show/reality show space. In 2013, he was a contestant in the celebrity version of Big Brother. It was won by the openly gay man Rylan Clark. The conventional Big Brother produced its first gay winner in 2001 when Brian Dowling won series two of the show.

And Hallie has much more than her sexuality going for her. At 18 years of age, with only one other Big Brother 2023 contestant under 23, she will earn the bulk of the ‘young vote.’ Additionally, she is the only contestant from London, and in all reality-type shows, this has proven itself to be a big vote winner.
