Soft2Bet and Livespins Join Hands to Recast Online Casinos with Live-Stream Integration

Premier iGaming operator and solutions provider Soft2Bet has signed a partnership deal with online live-streaming company Livespins. According to both entities, the collaboration aims to revolutionize the online casino experience for users by creating an exclusive, immersive, and interactive platform by integrating Livespins’ primary offering into Soft2Bet’s online casinos. The joint venture between the iGaming company and the live-streaming entity is expected to stream wagering content and enable users to bet on the featured streamers using online casinos that are owned and operated by Soft2Bet.

Established as a B2C iGaming operator in 2012, Soft2Bet broadened its horizon and added the B2B iGaming solutions vertical to the company four years later. Recognized in many reputed European gambling markets, the Cyprus-based operator has always stated its intent of providing games and solutions, keeping the integrity of regulated markets intact. Over the years, Soft2Bet has added several online casinos to its portfolio. In 2017, Malina Casino and YoYo Casino went live. The former offered a wide collection of games from different providers, and a minimalistic design enabled users to focus on the gameplay without any distractions. The latter included a sports betting option and also housed virtual slots, a live casino, online table games, and jackpots. Soft2Bet has always prioritized customer feedback and tweaked its products accordingly. That consideration has been the driving force behind the success of the operator’s online casinos like Betinia, Cadabrus, and Campo Bet.

After delivering the promised outputs in the B2C vertical, the focus shifted to the B2B sector as the Cyprus-based operator and solutions provider started designing innovative solutions for licensed iGaming operators. Every iGaming solutions provider worldwide has to meet certain standards and attain certifications to gain credibility in the global gambling market. If the solutions flout regulations in almost all regulated gambling jurisdictions, reputed iGaming operators will never opt for them. However, Soft2Bet designed solutions that comply with the B2C licenses of Denmark, Greece, Ireland, Romania, and Sweden. The Cyprus-based operator has also obtained operator licenses from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), Spelinspektionen (Swedish Gambling Authority), Spillemyndigheden (Danish Gambling Authority), Greek Gambling Authority (EEEP), and more. The operator’s headquarters is still in Cyprus, but it has launched two new offices in Bulgaria and Malta in the last few years.

In the next stage of evolution, the iGaming operator and solutions provider has partnered up with Livespins to integrate its streaming service into some of the online casinos that are operating under Soft2Bet. According to the operator, the integration will allow a team of experienced streamers to host captivating broadcasts in the online casino itself. This will enable viewers to bet with the renowned people who are live-streaming their game or wagers. A social media-esque feature will also allow users to interact with the streamers and other viewers, creating an inclusive environment that will enhance the level of interaction in the world of online casinos. The operator has confirmed that games from major gaming studios like Relax Gaming, Yggdrasil, and iSoftBet will be used for this unique integration. The operator has studied all modifications intensely to see if they comply with the global responsible gambling and safer gaming standards.

While the Chief Commercial Officer of Liverspins, Michael Pedersen, expressed his delight over the new collaboration, the Chief Commercial Officer of Soft2Bet, Gilad Naim, spoke on the prospective evolution of online casinos that could start with this strategic partnership deal.

“We are committed to providing the best online casino experience to players across our brands, and this partnership with Livespins allows us to bring a next-generation casino product straight into the game lobbies of sites such as Betinia, YoYo Casino, and Campo Bet. Slot streaming is the future of online casinos, and in Livespins, we have a platform provider that allows us to offer this to our players now.”

Happy Hour is the driving force behind Livespins

Livespins is a relatively new entity with a unique concept that immediately caught the eye of Soft2Bet. Based in Malta, it has enabled its users to wager on live streamers since 2021. Apart from powering its own online casino, the B2B vertical of Livespins enables it to strike partnership deals with other online casino operators worldwide. That is how Soft2Bet approached the Maltese company and secured a promising strategic partnership to introduce something unique to its already lucrative platform.

In just a period of two years, Livespins has become a well-known brand in many regulated gambling jurisdictions. The brand will gain more traction when more operators discover the new online live-streaming casino concept. Apart from that, a hefty chunk of credit behind Livespins goes to Happy Hour. Also based in Malta, Happy Hour provides seed funds for up-and-coming iGaming startups in the Maltese jurisdiction. Including Livespins, ten companies are on the venture capital firm’s portfolio. With over €133 million in assets under management, Happy Hour has powered new iGaming companies like WKND, Xtended, Betsala, and more.

European expansion continues with entry into Romania

The primary objective of Soft2Bet is to expand its effective operations in as many regulated European jurisdictions as possible. Things are going according to plan for the Cyprus-based operator and iGaming solutions provider, as it added the Romanian gambling license to its kitty earlier this year.

After acquiring gambling licenses in Denmark, Sweden, and Ireland, Soft2Bet secured licenses for the regulated gambling markets of Greece and Romania. The Oficiul National pentru Jocuri de Noroc (ONJN) granted the Cyprus-based operator a Class I B2C license, which enables it to offer casino, eSports, poker, sports betting, online lotto, bingo, horse racing, and bitcoin gambling.

The validity of gambling licenses in Europe is usually up to five years, after which an operator can apply for renewal. However, the validity of Soft2Bet’s Romanian license is ten years. Since the sports betting segment in football is huge in the Romanian gambling market, the operator will get a chance to put its new tweaks in the online betting section of its platform.
