BetComply Brings Its ComplyCheck Tool to New Markets
ComplyCheck could be rolled out to new markets like Ontario and Estonia. Its creator, BetComply, is aiming to bring it to a global audience with hopes to make not only profits but to ease licensing processes.
Making Licensing Easier with ComplyCheck
BetComply has confirmed it is rolling out its ComplyCheck tool to operators in the UK.
The company only introduced ComplyCheck earlier this year but it has already proven to be a success, being used by many firms in the gambling industry.
ComplyCheck, which is powered by SG Certified, is designed to take operators through a structured licensing process in just a couple of simple steps. Targeted questions are asked of the operator, allowing them to provide relevant information.
The regulatory team at BetComply then goes through the submission from the operator to see if there are any issues that will need to be addressed.
A full report identifying any areas of non-compliance is also provided, with the information collected through the ComplyCheck tool also used to suggest corrective actions.
ComplyCheck was initially launched in the Netherlands but is now coming to the UK market.
Greater Clarity For Operators
BetComply’s chief compliance officer, Mike de Graaff, highlighted the success of ComplyCheck.
In a statement released by the firm, he said: “When we launched ComplyCheck, it was a completely new approach designed to simplify licensing audits for operators.
“It’s been so popular in the Netherlands, we’ve prioritised bringing the service to new markers, starting with the UK. We’ve designed ComplyCheck to provide greater clarity to operators, making the audit process more efficient without compromising on the all important details.”
The next step is for ComplyCheck to continue to be rolled out by BetComply in the future.
“We couldn’t be more excited to see our partners using the tool in these new markets,” added BetComply’s chief compliance officer.
ComplyCheck Rollout Gathers Pace
BetComply has already announced future plans for ComplyCheck. Coverage for other licences, such as those from Curacao and the Malta Gaming Authority, is expected to be in place in early 2025.
Ontario and Estonia are two of the markets BetComply is targeting with ComplyCheck too. The company recently confirmed that it had brought in Loes Wetzer as the company’s new operations director.
Wetzer joined a rapidly expanding team having racked up in excess of 20 years of experience in project management and compliance consultancy.
