Playson Taps Lottoland For European Expansion
Playson’s games are set to be added to the Lottoland site after the developer agreed a deal with the site as part of its European expansion plans.
Key Facts:
- Lottoland offers more than 30 global lottery draws on its site
- Its casino will now also have games made by casino developer Playson
- Companies used Relax Gaming’s platform to integrate the new games
- Playson recently also said that it has partnered with Rank Group
Gibraltar-based operator Lottoland has a casino site and offers its users access to around 30 different lottery draws worldwide.
As the Lottoland casino gets more popular with customers, the operator is working to expand the range of games available within its library.
Playson becomes the latest developer to have signed up to have its games online at Lottoland.
Titles such as Fire Coins: Hold and Win, Legend of Cleopatra Megaways and Playson favourite Sunny Fruits 2: Hold and Win are among those now included in the Lottoland online casino.
Playson Fits The Bill
In a statement, Lottoland’s group chief executive Nigel Birrell explained why the operator was keen to get Playson on board.
He said: “Our ideal supplier partners are ones that not only bring something new to our platform but also complement our core lottery product.”
“Playson fits that bill entirely with its vast range of player-favourite series packed with engaging mechanics, which is exactly what we need to meet the demands of our ever-growing player base and to attract new player audiences.”
Initially, the full range of Playson casino games will not yet be offered on the Lottoland site. However, a fuller rollout is expected to be completed by the two companies in the near future.
Enormous Status
Sales Director at Playson, Blanka Homor, said the company is “delighted” to be teaming up with Lottoland as part of a European growth plan, describing the move as a “significant partnership” for the developer.
Playson recently announced a similar deal with Rank Group, helping to bring its range of hit slot games to an ever wider audience of casino players, with that deal specifically targeting the UK market.
Homor said in a statement about the Lottoland deal: “We continue to offer our unparalleled array of slots to players across the continent’s most mature regions.”
“Lottoland is an operator with enormous status and reach, and we are in no doubt the addition of our extensive portfolio will only benefit that reputation further as they continue to grow and differentiate themselves.”
Lottoland recently said it was celebrating reaching 20 million players around the world, with the Playson deal potentially set to lead to that number growing even further in the coming months.
