BF Games Signs Deal With Romania’s MaxBet
London based development studio BF Games has signed an exciting new deal with one of Romania’s leading operators, MaxBet. The deal is part of BF Games’ expansion plan, allowing the studio to reach a wider audience than ever before. The UK creative studio’s games are already popular in Eastern Europe, so partnering with a Romanian operator is a tactful move.
Tackling the Romanian Market
A portfolio of BF Games’ most popular titles in Eastern Europe will initially be made available on the MaxBet online casino site, with the full portfolio to follow at a later date. The collection of games will be made available exclusively for six months. The full BF Games portfolio consists of 53 titles. Popular titles include ‘Book of Gods’, ‘Hot Classic’, ‘Crystal Mania’ and ‘Stunning Hot’.
“Extending our customer reach across new verticals is a cornerstone of BF Games’ commercial strategy, so it’s very pleasing to build on our Romanian licence acquisition by partnering with one of the country’s leading and best-known operators. We are delighted to become MaxBet.ro’s exclusive provider and feel confident that our portfolio will be a hit with its players.”– Piotr Szpoton, CEO, BF Games
Before this deal could take place, BF Games had to secure a gambling license from the Romanian regulator. The studio was granted a Romanian Class II license at the end of last year, allowing it to move forward with MaxBet. Romania is just the latest in a whole roster of European countries that BF Games can now offer its services to.
While BF Games is a London based company, it already has a significant presence in the European market. The studio runs a facility in Switzerland and has six offices in Poland. According to BF Games, it also “conducts various activities in the Czech Republic, Austria, Montenegro, Georgia, Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, Italy, Latvia and Malta”.
“BF Games is renowned for producing world-class games suited to players of any experience level, so we are thrilled to have them on board. We’ve built a deserved reputation for providing world-class entertainment experiences in Romania and have no doubt that BF Games’ dynamic offering will further strengthen our standing.”– Victor Rusinov, CEO, MaxBet
BF Games Join Malta Market
Just before Christmas, BF Games signed another milestone distribution deal with Giant Gaming Group. The deal will allow Giant Gaming Group to offer the entire BF Games portfolio across its four brands. These are ‘LuckyDino’, ‘Casino JEFFE’, ‘Ola Spill’ and ‘Kalevala Kasino’. All four operate under a Malta gaming license.
This deal drew to an end a productive year of deals for the UK studio. Speaking at the time, BF Games CEO, Piotr Szpoton said “We are pleased to join forces with Giant Gaming Group and to offer our growing portfolio of games to its customers”. In the wake of tightening regulations and anxieties over Brexit, it is refreshing to see UK gambling businesses expanding into European markets.
“We have had a fantastic year entering new markets and partnering with a number of great operators and we look forward to adding new content and extending our presence in global markets next year.”
December also saw another UK based firm make ties with the market in Malta. iSoftBet launched a new hub of offices in Malta, just in time to attend the annual SIGMA conference. In recent years, Malta has grown to become a popular location for UK gambling firms. For one, it allows firms to get closer to European markets. Obtaining a license from the Malta Gaming Authority is also a valuable asset.
Giant Gaming Group creates online casino brands for a European client base. For instance, Ola Spill caters to Norwegian customers, while Kalevala Kasino has been designed around Finnish folklore. This attention to detail has proven successful for the operator, which offers a top tier selection of games from Yggdrasil, Red Tiger and Play’n Go, amongst many more.
“All our casino brands were created to deliver an experience that will keep our players entertained and excited. By partnering with BF Games we will add some world-class titles to our existing offering that we know will be loved by our client base.”– Harold Bagnovecs, CEO, Giant Gaming Group
BF Games will be present at the upcoming ICE London 2020 showcase. The event brings together professionals from across the gaming industry in one place, creating one of the most important networking opportunities of the year. BF Games can be visited at stand S3-248, from the 4th to the 6th of February.
